Once a product is purchased it cannot be exchanged nor refunded , This is in order to maintain the hygiene of the products provided to you as our clients . 

. If ladida has made an error in your order we will then rectify the error. Once an Invoice  has been approved by you as the client ( item , color , size , design or print specs ) Ladida will then hold no liability if you as the client fail to notify us of any error on the invoice .
